Postage & Terms of Delivery

Free delivery on all UK order.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class. If you need anything posted by Special delivery, please contact us. Each item is hand made so please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Bespoke Items

Made to order will take longer to be despatched, please be prepared to wait up to 2 weeks for your order. If your order is needed before a 2 week period then we will do our best to accommodate you but your order may incurr an extra fee.

International orders

International orders are welcome, but please be aware that postage prices will not come up on the shopping cart and will be worked out individually after your order has been placed. An extra fee will have to be made before items are sent. You will receive an email with details regarding price. If you would like to carry on with your purchase a further paypal payment will need to be made. If after your postage is quoted you want to cancel your order a refund will be sent.  Please allow longer for international orders to arrive.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that 2 people purchase the same 'one of a kind' item of jewellery at the same time an alternative item will be offered or a refund given.  If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us for returns details within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are given to items returned in their original packaging, minus postage.  The cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Bespoke orders are not eligible for refund.   Earrings can not be refunded due to hygiene reasons. Please contact me regarding any damages, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt

Jewellery care

Sterling silver jewellery will tarnish if it is left unworn for a certain amount of time. If this happens a silver cloth or silver dip will clean it up as good as new. The silver/gold on plated items will rub off eventually so avoid wearing when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work. This will keep all your jewellery looking like new for longer.
